The Return of COZA

Few months back An issues was raised after a woman known as "Bukola Dakolo" wife of popular musician Timi Dakolo went on a live television and publicly accused the pastor of The Common Wealth of Zion Assembly Church(COZA)  pastor Biodun Fatoyinbo of rape she allegedly accused him of Raping her while she was still a member of the church which happened in 2002 when she was 17years old however the issue became the talk of the town and Bukola pressed charges against Biodun(The accused) and the issue was presented before the Federal Capital Territory Court ,Bwari Abuja where Biodun pleaded non guilty and requested the case be ousted.

The issue however died for a while and hours today the 14th November 2019 the press released that the case has been judged in favor of the accused pastor Biodun and in addition to that Bukola is to pay a fine of 1million Naira .
