For This Trick you'll need to download a third party whatsapp e.g GB whatsapp 
Let's Get started!

• Deactivate your whatsapp from your phone your
• Uninstall the original whatsapp
• Install the third party whatsapp  and register with a different phone number 
• After registering Navigate to the change number option and change the number to your old number (the blocked number)
• Now delete the account 
• Install the original whatsapp and register with the blocked number 

That's all for this trick if all the above steps are followed promptly you'll notice your account has been unblocked from the blocked account
